Atteqa Malik
About the Creative Visionary
Atteqa is a freelance digital artist and cultural operator, co-founder of the Karachi Biennale Trust. With an MA in Media Studies from the New School University, she has organized numerous workshops in Karachi focused on new media since 2008. She served on the International Review Committee for ISEA 2010 in Germany and showcased her work in Korea’s Imagining New Eurasia Project. Through the Karachi Biennale Trust, Atteqa has fostered collaborations with international institutions and artists, including the GEM Arts & Health Program, empowering 40 creative young people in Karachi during KB19.
